I would recommend growing your natural nails... I do not prefer tips. However I do understand nail biting is something that you can't stop overnight!
P.s: Keep your nails with some product so you don't get tempted! This post is not to put anyone down.. but maybe to let you know we can still fix them and start a fresh journey on having healthy nails🙂
